Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: July 31, 2026
Hosted and recurring services
A hosted or recurring service may be cancelled before its next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for a service period that has already started, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Implementation and professional services
Setup, migration, configuration, consulting, training, customization and other professional-service fees become non-refundable after the related work starts or committed third-party costs are incurred, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Licences and activated systems
Software licences, server activations and ownership-system licences are generally non-refundable after issue, activation or delivery. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party charges
Domain registrations, infrastructure reservations and external software costs are refundable only when the supplier permits a refund and the cost has not already been committed.
Cancellation and refund reviews
Submit a request through the support system with the related order, invoice or service reference.
